Absence and Make-up Classes Policy

1 on 1 Classes
Each package allows one class to be postponed for free. For a second absence, the class can be rescheduled within the same week.

Any further absences will result in a deduction of lessons.

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for class rescheduling, or the lesson will be deducted.

Group Classes

Grades 1-3 in-person classes: Students are allowed two absences per year, and the credits can be transferred to the next year.

Upper-grades hybrid and online classes: Every lesson will be recorded, and the recordings will be available for 2 months. Students who missed classes should watch lesson recordings on ClassIn.

If a class with the same progress is available, students can attend a make-up class within the same week.
