WhizKids Summer Camp (Age 8-13)
Fees: A comprehensive weekly rate of $360 + HTS per students, lunch included.
Promotion: A $30 weekly discount is available for groups of 3-5 students registering concurrently or individual students enrolling 4 weeks or more. Please note that these promotional offers are mutually exclusive and cannot be combined.
Extended Care Fee: Additional fees will be charged for extended care service on a weekly basis. A fee of $40 per week covers the afternoon hours of 4 pm - 5:30 pm.
Public Speaking & Debating & Improvisation Theater (9 am - 10:30 am)
Course content：

Students will practice their public speaking skills.

Students will learn how to use and read body language.

Homework will be provided every week to allow students to practice the lessons taught in class.
Robotics & Science
(10:30 am - 11:30 am)
Course content：

Students will learn how to build structures.

Students will do science experiments and build simple robotic robots.

Some experiments includes the tallest paper tower challenge and ball launcher.
French Songs & Oral French
(11:30 am - 12:30 pm)

This course is strictly an oral French communication class. Students will be asked to express themselves in French in the form of conversations and games.

Cancellation Policy:

Registration is completed only after full payment has been received or processed.

80% of the camp fee will be refunded for cancellations received 10 or more business days prior to the camp session start date.

50% of the camp fee will be refunded for cancellations received less than 10 business days prior to the camp session start date. Refunds will only be honoured for full camp payments.

There will be no refunds issued on or after the first day of camp.

Cancellation due to unexpected emergencies is subject to a minimus administration fee of $70 per week per person.

Prorated refunds are not available for days absent. Campers can attend other camp programs as a makeup if spots are available.

Transfers may be made up to two weeks prior to the start of a session provided if there is available space in the desired program.
-
Cancellation and transfer notice must be submitted in writing.

PoincareQED Tutoring School reserves the right to cancel a camp in the case that there is insufficient enrolment and will offer a full refund as a result. At least 2 weeks notice will be provided in such cases.
